Ok, this week is flying by. Especially compared to last week! I'm looking forward to this weekend - a test run on the new ING Georgia Half Marathon course and then an afternoon spent at a local triathlon expo. Sunday will be a ride out on Silver Comet Trail with Wes. Is anyone else joining us? Speaking of, where is Wes this week? This weekend, I will be traveling down to the Atlanta, Georgia area. The main focus for the weekend will be taking the RRCA coaching certification course, which will then be followed by the second running of the ING Georgia Marathon. In order to get ready for the race, I started out by using my Checklist Generator that I developed a few months ago. This was the first time that I really used the checklist generator, since I haven??t done any destination trips for a race since I??ve developed it.

Julie Wolfe also a runner of 11Alive interviewed me yesterday for a short piece about raising money for the SOWF and what that effort means to me.
